TPPT studio is based within the beautiful grounds of Trent park, and offers fantastic facilities within an inspiring setting. It comprises of a modern gym with a combination of cardiovascular and resistance machines.

The studio will operate on an appointment basis only, and will generally operate from 09:00hrs each weekday (except Thursday) and from 7:30am on Saturday. These times refer to the hours for Personal Training only.
The studio will also be open to the general public during off-peak times, and these shall be as follows:
